Viagra Linked with Risk of Melanoma万艾可与黑色素瘤的风险

A prospective cohort study of 25 848 men in the US found that recent sildenafil use at baseline was significantly associated with an increased risk of subsequent melanoma, but not squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma. Moreover, erectile function itself was not associated with an altered risk of melanoma. Ever use of sildenafil was also associated with a higher risk of melanoma.
