Probiotics Lower Blood Pressure益生菌降血压


A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized, controlled trials suggests that consuming probiotics may improve blood pressure (BP) by a modest degree. Nine trials were included. Probiotic consumption significantly changed systolic BP by −3.56 mm Hg and diastolic BP by −2.38 mm Hg compared with control groups. Greater effects were found when baseline BP was elevated, multiple species of probiotics were consumed, the duration of intervention was ≥8 weeks, or daily consumption dose was ≥1011 colony-forming units.
